Buttons No Longer Working

Not sure what is going but the buttons in my worksheet are no longer working. Please see the attached demo file.

Yes, I even tried setting security to enable all macros and still clicking the buttons results in nothing.

Yea I tried deleting all the .exd extension files but am still encountering the same issue. No error message, just unable to click on the buttons.

They all are ActiveX Control.. check again.. if "Developer > Design Mode" is highlighted.. Click it to deactivate "Design Mode"

It isn't on design mode.

Any ideas?

OK, Ended up deleting all the .exd files as explained and then repairing MS Office:
