Change protection options with a button click?

Is it possible to change the protection options of a worksheet with a button click?

Right now the sheet is protected with unlock cells open to be selected and changed.

I'd like to, upon clicking this button, protect the sheet and not allow any cells (locked or otherwise) to be selected or changed.
Clicking the button again would revert things back to allowing unlocked cells to be selectable.

    Any ideas?
