Increase the number of primary keys in a table

Hello everyone,

I hope there is someone out there who can help with the follwoing problem.

I have table containg 2 primary keys (K1 and K2).

K1 K2

US D001
US D002
US D003
US D004
US D005
etc etc

I want help to be able to transform the table so it looks like this (i.e. adding a third key, K3). Doing this manully for 10 000 records will take a lot of time.

US D001 Sweden
US D002 Sweden
US D003 Sweden
US D004 Sweden
US D005 Sweden
US D001 Germany
US D002 Germany
US D003 Germany
US D004 Germany
US D005 Germany
US D001 ITALY
