Run-Time error '424': Object Required??????

Hello all, not sure why i am getting this error. I tried everything to fix the problem but this error msg doesnt want to go. Can some please look at this for me. I get error on the CommandButton1.Top= .Top line. It used to work fine before and now i just get this error msg. Im using Excel 2010
This is the code:

Private Sub Worksheet_SelectionChange(ByVal Target As Excel.Range)
With Cells(Windows(1).ScrollRow, Windows(1).ScrollColumn)
CommandButton1.Top = .Top
CommandButton1.Left = .Left + 740

Sounds like the error that was caused by Microsoft update. Command buttons for me had stopped working.
