Macro If multiplie criteria

Hey,

I don't know how to write macro "if" command with few criterias for different cells.
What I want to do:

If A1 = 0 and B1 <> 0 and C1 <> 0 then

End if

How to write:
If ("A1").value = (there is nothig in this cell)
