Rank items from 1-6 and only use a number once

I am duplicating a form and one part of the form ranks factors from 1 through 6. For example , Support of Management, Additional training, Skill taught wern't relevant...

Students have to rank these items from 1-6. 1 being most helpful and 6 being the least helpful. No number can be duplicated.

How can I create this in an excel userform using vba code. I have searched this topic for days and can't seem to find anything. Is my question clear? It has to be possible.

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to make it clear what is needed. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are demonstrated, mock them up manually if needed. Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to open the upload window.

I have created a form Refresher_2014_PG2 in Excel that populates its data on Sheet1 (2014 Refresher).

In section 3 of that form there are two questions that require users to rank information from 1 through 6. I would like to requre no number be repeated. The code is attached to the "Add New Record button at the bottom of the form.

The data from the first ranking question would be entered in columns AA, AB, AC, AD, AE and AF respectively.
The questions begin:

1. Support of management an coworkers
2. Additional job/skills training when returning to work
3. Additional 21 CFR Part 211 Training
4. Additioanl training on Company processess/systems
5. A'mock' FDA inspection class
6. Additional training on the history of the industry

I hope this is clear. Any assistance is much appreciated.
