Hello all,
I hope I can explain this so it makes sense. I'm using Excel 2010 in case it matters.
I have a tab named "Selection" which has two separate tables. 1st table has "Client" (unique dropdown), "Relationship Lead" (vlookup from client selection on List tab), "Management Lead (vlookup from client selection on List tab), & "Staff" (dropdown with vba code to allow multiple selections), and "Task" (just data input to by typed).
Then there is another small table just a couple of columns over starting on column G that has each client (just listed once) and "Project Team". So, what I'm trying to make happen is too have the "Project Team" populate with unique values (no duplicate names) for each client that corresponds to the "Relationship Lead", "Management Lead" and "Staff". The client will or can be listed multiple times in the first table and for each task there will be several different staff members for the task. I need to avoid duplicates for each client, relationship lead, management lead, and staff. I've been trying to find vba code for hours trying to something I try and make work, but haven't found anything even similar.
I made a sample file and attached it, cuz I probably didn't make enough sense out of what I tried to explain.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Dan
