How to have a stop watch on a userform?

I have a userform in which i need to have a stop watch. The whole idea is to get the time taken by a person on each case. The userform has a textbox in which the person enters the case id, then selects the type of case by a radio button. There is a start button and which when i click shuld change to stop. What i need is a way to have a label show how much time is taken and when one clicks stop the date time should goto range a1 and so on and so forth. how can i do it?

It implements a timer on a UserForm. The timer in the example code gets restarted each time a UserForm control gets activated. You can remove that code, and start the timer when a CommandButton is clicked.
