I have a worksheet which has the date of action in column a and new date 1 in column s, I want a macro to do 2 things first, if the date in column a is within 30 days of column s I want to return the pending and if it is past the date in column a I want to return overdue otherwise do nothing, can anyone help with this? I need to use a macro as other users edit the sheet and keep deleting my if statements/ formatting.
It can be tough to prevent the un-iniciated from messing with your file, but have you considered protecting your sheet?
Keep in mind that to use macros, they need tpo be enabled, and not all organisations aloow their use

I am already using macros in my sheet and just need to be able to run the macro once a day to update data etc so I will be able to build this additional part in
