How to dynamically apply the Row and column name

Hi Team,

In excel macro, I have created a function which takes the data from another excel sheet and assigned it into table. Currently I am giving hard coded values into the Cells(row, column keyword. Now I would like to dynamically assign the Row and Column number values into the variables on the basis of any particular keyword, from where counting can get start.

For more details please refer the attached spreadsheet and help me to create such formula. Thanks!

Above function is giving me correct column number, however Row number is not getting correctly calculated. Can you please help me on that. Thanks !

What is your expected row number as per your example file?

Dear Friends,

Please Help me on my issue. I have huge data in Column B and I want to copy and paste it in the Raw. I need to copy all data only from 16 cells in column B ( from Cell B1 to B16 and to be pasted to the row cell D1 to S1) I used transpose function but it is not giving the result the way i want to. please go through the attachment and help me to solve the issue ASAP.
