Combobox to return results which start with EU

I have a userform combobox that works very well where the user can pick from 4 options. If one option is picked the others are hidden from the sheet. Simple.

What I want to do is have a fifth option which is basically a summary of options 3 and 4. By that I mean my four options are: Company, Syndicate, EU Corporate and EU Corporate Lloyds. Now i want my fifth option to be EU Corp ALL which is just EU Corporate and EU Corporate Lloyds together.
