Macro to find columns and format

Hello,

My task is to build a macro where;

Find any columns where "Date" is in the text field
format the columns dates to MM/DD/YY

and

find any columns where "Token" or "Number" is in the text field
and format the column to "Number" from sci notation.

there would me multiple columns with "Date" in the text field.

By text field, are you referring to the column headers in row 1?
