Mail Merge in a different way. Urgent Help Required

Hello Guys,

In excel file one sheet I have a data for 5 group companies which contains foll. header in vertical manner Employee code, Name, Date, New Salary, Salary in words & Company Name. Have done mail merge in the word document based on which letter is getting printed. Earlier we use to send hard copy of letter to everyone. Now the same has been stopped. We need to send the soft copy to all employees in PDF format. Have a separate folder in D:/Logo which contains company logo.
For example:
For company Name “Hiraa”, I have logo by name Logo Hiraa Header.jpg, Logo Hiraa Footer.jpg.
For company Name “IKYAAS”, I have logo by name Logo IKYAAS Header.jpg, Logo IKYAAS B Footer.jpg

I want the header logo & footer logo to change based on the Company name & accordingly the individual file with employee code as the file name to get saved in D:/PDF. For example 12354.PDF

Hi,
Pls find the merged file I have with me currently. The problem I'm facing currently is
- Header & Footer Logo of the company needs to change in the word file based on the company name provided in excel
- Auto save the word file in PDF format in a folder D:/PDF with file name as the employee code of the employee. For example if the emp. code is 12354 then file name should be 12354.pdf

Since there is a audit issue I won't be able to provide you the actual logo of the company but I have prepared dummy logo Header & Dummy logo footer. Merged excle file & Word file is also attached for your perusal
