Bold font in only part of the cell

I have a long list of names (Christian & Surname together) in a workbook.
I know I can split and use &" "& after I bold one part of the text, but I am trying to avoid that as the cells are in different parts of the spread sheet.
Is there any VBA code I could use to bold text after a space is found in a cell? (ie: Bold the Surname).
