MACRO to insert rows and transpose values into new rows.

Hi All,

I need help creating a macro to insert some rows depending on whether or not there are values in columns C to I and tranpose them into the new rows. I also need the values in the ID column to be copied for each additional row created. I hope the example data below gives you guys a better idea.
