Help with a loop in a excel sheet

I have an array string called rsn. currently for every element in rsn i want to search that element in a range (a1:a20) and return the corresponding cells value. now while doing that i also want that the corresponding cell's value is added to a cell (s30) and for every element add that returned value to the cell below like s31 or second element, s32 for third element , s33 for fourth element..and so forth.

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.
