Can I speed up this Autofilter Macro?

Hi All, I am in the process of filtering a data table of overtime over the past year for 190 staff (see attached sample for 10). I am trying to produce a list which shows each individuals overtime by rates for day and night shifts, what I have written (Sub StaffOT()) works but it is unbelievably slow. I hope there is a faster way but my skill level is not up to the task.

NB:- This code Needs/Uses the "Staff" names in column "M" to Allocate the correct values. !!!

Hi Mick, I have just tested this with my full data and it works a treat and is practically instantaneous, fantastic. I will have to study more to understand how you have done it.
