Compare schedules and generate a list of missing coverage.

I'm trying to compare an actual schedule with a template schedule and generate a list of time that have not been covered.

It has to be fast as I intend to have it recalculate as the sheet is updated.

Submitting your workbook is much more helpful than a picture of your workbook.

My workbook is much more complex than the picture was designed to represent, and I was getting no traction on the original post, so I was trying to be simple.
