Is it possible to have a Variable within a Formula

Hi all,

I am getting a syntax error and I am not sure where :-/ I thought perhaps, maybe, Variables not allowed?

Having difficulty inserting a formula using VBA. My Range (Rng) always changes so using .End(xlDown)
