Excel macro to write x value of a point and label it

Hi to gurus in excel, I am having trouble with a macro that develops a chart, I created the macro that by taking first point and end point creates the chart but I want to show values for some points in the chart, I mean for example it shows the value of the 4th point of the chart and writes the value in a label or a shape from autoshape, how should I do this?
In the attached file, create chart button creates normal chart and in the best state, the output will become preferably like result sheet.
