Alright. This is fairly complicated but I'm confident you guys will be able to figure it out. I have created this sheet to manage employee attendance. I created a sheet called "HiringFiring" to add and remove employees from lists, validation lists, and formulas in the totals. I don't want to get into too much detail with the problems I had in the past and the reason I'm setting up the Macros the way I am but the HiringFiring page copy's formula's on it's own sheet that are assembled but they need a find and replace to become formulas. The Firing macro copies these formulas to the "Semester" sheet. That works well, BUT the final step in the process to convert what was copied into actual formulas is to find all "=" and replace them with "=". This works fine manually but I can't get a macro to do it. Please edit the macro "Test" to experiment.
I'd really appreciate any help with this. I've put so much work into this sheet.
