lock Excel cell after value is entered!!

I have two worksheets. on sheet1 i have data which is.

ID	Name	Last Due	Mthy Rent	Total	Paid
101	Sophia	0	300	300
102	Liam	-50	250	200
103	Jacob	0	300	300

On sheet2 i have made search box using Index feature which is like

ID
Last Bal
Monthly
Total
Paid

I have managed to get the data when i entered ID in Cell B1 and when i am entering data in B5. it should automatically enter into sheet1 paid column respective to their ID. after that it should be copy and paste special as value and locked that cell. so that i cant enter any value in it.

I am sorry i did some mistake in opening post. lets say if i enter 102 in Sheet2 B1 cell
then it will be look like this in sheet2
ID 102
Last Bal -50
Monthly 250
Total 200
Paid
and if i manually enter 150 in B5 then it should be automatically comes in sheet1 F3 cell. and that particular cell value should copy and paste as value and lock that cell.

I have managed to to do some work. i have created formula which will automatically add value in paid column (sheet1) to their correspondence cell when i enter value in sheet2 B5 cell.
now what i need is macro which can do copy and paste as value of that particular cell.
Please Help!!
