    "IF" type statement in VBA

    Below is code I've got linked to a user form to pull birthdate's for employees; how could I adjust it to filter by active and inactive status (found in column H of my database)?

    Thank you, didn't quite work as written, but it got me going in the right direction. Below is what ended up doing what I needed. Appreciate the assistance and inspiration!
