    Excel 2013 macro

    Hi all,

As part of my job in the organization I work for, I develop Excel files for automatically analyzing data. The files contain macros, controls, forms and formulas for calculating parameters.
These files operate on the majority of computers in the organization except for 2 computers. On those 2 computers, after the user opens the files, executes them and saves, the files become corrupted.
The user of the 2 "problematic" computers can continue to work with the files.
One of the file that I developed contains buttons (objects) that run macros. After one of the "problematic" computer users opens the file and performs save, the name of the button changes (the name of the button contains a number).
I tried to run the macro without pressing the button, but it didn't work, it seems as if the file can't run macros. I wrote a simple sub in the file and tried to run it but it didn't work.
All computers including my computer where I develop the files work with Office 2013.
I checked the Excel references at the different computers, all references are identical.
I deleted all the office programs from the problematic computers and installed them again, but this has not solved the problem.

I’d appreciate it if you could advise.

What type of buttons are they, the Windows update from a few weeks ago has effected activex controls, and I wounder if this could be one of your problems.

The type of the buttons are "CommandButton" (ActiveX Control).
I tried to delete all the files that their extensions are "*.exd" from the problematic computers, but this has not solved the problem.
