Splitting files differently retaining the fromatting & dropdowns of the original file

Hi Guys,
I'm facing a small issue here. I have an excel file which I want to split.Header are in 1st 2 rows starting from A1 & A2 till CZ1 & CZ2. Following is the issue I'm facing:
1. I want to split the file based on a particular column. File should get split into different excel files with first 2 rows as header. For example: if column G is selected which is the "Interviewer Name". Then file should get split based on the interviewer name & should be saved with the file name as"<Name of the Interviewer>" which is provided in the column G.

2. The file should retain the formatting which was there in the parent files.

3. Original file contains dropdown which was don thru data validations. The same should be retained the same when the file is splitted.

Pls confirm fi this is possible

Have attached the file for your reference. In the above file Columns A to H is pre-filled. Rest of the column has the dropdown & willbe filled by the respective trainer after conducting training.Need to split the file basis "Interviewer Panel Name" so that the respective panel gets the excel file for necessary action.

Used the aboev code, though the file is getting splitted its, the data validations i.e. dropdown givsn in not working. Let me explain to you. The Dummy file which is given in that from Column A to H & Column G is prefilled. rest of the columns there are dropdown given which each interviewer has to fill based on the details provided by each candidates. This file needs to be splitted interviewer wise (Column AG). Once file is splitted, the interviewer should be able to select details from the dropdown. This is currently not happening.
