UserForm on shared folder closing

Good day

Not sure why this is happening. When myself and another user use the userform in excel 201 on a shared folder it works great.
When the same document on the shared folder is accessed from other PC's however the userform opens fine, when the other users makes a selection of a textbox/or combo box the form does not update and it closes.
One combo box has a dropdown from which a selection is made, and there is a textbox that has a lookup function based on the data entered.

Why does it only work from some PC's what do I need o change/set up

Can you supply some code, we need something to look at.

Please note that the file is only 95kb, it does not want to upload.
I don't think that there is a problem with the code as it works 100% for some users, and closes when other users work on it.
Is there a macro setting, security setting or something that needs to be corrected for the other users?

If the other users try and use the userform it crashes Excel completely and closes it.
Yet it works fine for me and some other users, very sure it is not the code as it has been working 100% for the other users and does exactly what it's supposed to with no issues or errors.

Problem is resolved, the problem was the way that the date format is set up in the different PC's.
Is there a way that that the below will populate irrespective of the way the date is set up in the control panel
