Remove Unknown VBA module

Hi

Each time when I open the blank Excel, the unknown module below is automatically appear. I have to remove it manually.

How to remove it permanently?

The RibbonX_Code module is actually from the Analysis ToolPak Add-in. You can permanently remove the RibbonX_Code module by disabling the Analysis ToolPak Add-in. The RibbonX_Code is just part of the Add-in, not part of your new Excel file. So I wouldn't worry that much.
