    Need help referencing non-default mailbox

I have never really dealt with VBA and Outlook, together. I am currently building a macro for my boss that will open another mailbox(profile?) in my outlook, search its inbox contents to find an email with a specified subject line, then save the emails attachement to the users desktop. My first issue I have ran into thus far lies with opening the profile in outlook that is not mine.

I have a profile name DE Peace Reports that I am needing my search to go through. I am needing it to search for the subject "Texas DNP Warn and Pend Event Report"... and if it is at all possible, I need it to only open the most recent one, and 9 out of 10 times, it's not unread, so we cannot use that criteria. After it finds the email, I need it to open the email and save it's attatchment to the desktop saved as "dnp.csv". This will get me on the right track and I hopefully will be able to build the rest of the macro after that. If not, hopefully you all can help me. Thanks for any and all help in advance and let me know if you need more info!
