Macro to generate a list from a table

Hi Everyone,

Hopefully this is an easy one which someone can help me with - cant seem to get my head round how to get this to work.

Example excel attached with original table and output list.

The output i am required to generate is a list ( containing two columns TIMEBIN,SITE) which provide the same number of records as that stated in the COUNT column for each timebin record..

I have shown in the excel sheet what i need - hopefully this all makes sense.

If i haven't explained myself properly then please feel free to ask further questions.
