Delete Treeview Library

Have a workbook that you create different library's for Treeview.The list index in on sheet TvWelcome and this sheet must stay(need to prevent it from delete). In the example
I have 3 different library's,my button will delete the library OK but the list index gets messed up and the TvWelcome gets can't find item.Maybe
someone can help with this,if so try and delete a library from the combobox then reopen userform.

Just Don't understand why the list index is not working,main page is lost?

Sure could use expert help on this, this index problem is over my head. Any suggestions welcome,think this is the
last step for ths project and its done.

Tried this with no luck,it will delete the library and remove the library name from list index.But when you open the form its says element not found?
