Fill Blank Cells with Data if they contain a date

Hello

I was wonderig if this is possible. I would like to fill the blank cells in column B with the value to the right in Column C.

Only blank cells. If its not blank it should stay the same.


Can a constraint be added so only cells that contain a date are copied. If its not a date it should remain blank .


Any suggestion or advise is apreciated
