Copy and paste row based on cell value

Hi good people!,

I know, there are many posts on this issue, and believe me, I have spent a whole lot of time searching, found a few solutions, but still not any that match my need. Please help.

This is simple, just a code that will copy the row from column A to column L, if the value in column M is 1. The amount of rows are I million, so it searches M1 to M1000000, find a "1", then copies the row (A-L) to sheet2. Just a NOTE: it has to look for all the 1's in column M. Also, the pasting needs to be done using the first available rows in sheet 2. All and any help is as always greatly appreciated. Thank you..
