Open Form Alone; without using "Application.Visible = False"

    Hello All,

Is there is a way to open the Form alone, without showing the Workbook/Worksheet.

I don't want to use "Application.Visible = False"; this hides any worksheets that are already open.

I am trying to stay away from opening a separate Instance of Excel.

    Thanks
