Convert text to numbers and delete blank rows

I was wondering if anyone could help. I need a macro that does the following:

Convert all text in column K to numbers (apart from the headings in row 1)
Delete all rows in column K that are blanks / have no numbers.
Move data up so there are no blank rows
Copy all data in the sheet (apart from the headings) to the clipboard.

Another question as I am new to macros. How would I make this code available to be run in any sheet with a shortcut (ctrl-M)? Can a dialogue box pop up and ask me if I want to run it (if I mistakenly press ctrl-M).

To link it to Ctrl-M, in the Developer tab, click Macros, select the FixData macro, select Options, and enter an m or M (it is case-sensitive) for the shortcut key.
