Talking Staff Annual Leave Planner Vba

    Greetings,

I have been working on an Annual Vacation calendar for my work place , that involves making me a vacation calendar and now iam planning make a kind of excel sheet that involves feeding data into excel and computing the accruals of an employee(0.0822 Per Day Rate )I.e 30/365 from the date of joining and it displays the data on to this calendar . So that the manager could choose his preferred date for the employees Annual Leave and automatically computes the his accruals upto that date . With an option of entering Public Holidays as per the Labor Law

Iam from Kuwait and the working hours are 8 hours per day with Saturday as a Working day in most Companies. So employees are entitled for 30 days of Leave days in year as per the accruals and person can take sick Leaves of Paid 15 Days

I would appreciate if i could any ideas on this sort of excel worksheet ( inclusive of Vba Programming) otherwise i could get in big trouble !!

    * Attached is the excel sheet for your reference.
