Writing Data to work sheet

Hi all

I have a code which writes data to the master work sheet currently.

But I have different worksheets that I need the record saving to depending on which Cmd Button I press, I think I know how to do this

The problem is I also have a box where I can re call data but this only works on the master sheet records.

Can anyone help with the recall of records ?
Either Via having to select sheet I would like to recall from maybe?
