Need Macro Coding for the finding the match case with multiple conditions and write match

Dear All,

I need a macro code for matching cases in a file and write reference code of the respective match case in different sheet.

The file contains the patient data and the patients need to be checked and similar cases should be selected from the file.
Match conditions
1. Same gender
2. Age should be +5 or -5 years
3. For each patient with one Disability grade0 patients with other disability should be matched and found for example

Sr No. patient ID age gender Disability Sr No. patient ID age gender Disability
343 84994 75 male grade_0 1143 47656 70 male grade_2


The found cases should be written in separate sheet in the same rows as:- Sr No. patient ID age gender Disability matches with Sr No. patient ID age gender Disability
