Using MID on the result of VLOOKUP

    Hi all,

I'm attempting to speed up a data entry process which involves taking a form submitted to email and inputting a selection of the fields into an excel spreadsheet (Firstname, address, telephone etc).

I've just got the following formula working which is put into each indivudual cell and tailored to the data is it searching for. I copy paste the entire email into a 'Data Input' tab and the formulas in 'Outstanding' tab pull out the data which is needed (After copy pasting the email, the information I need is always in Column A, and always starts at the 31st character)

    =IF($A37="No request made",MID('Data Input'!$A$5,31,50),"") - Trading Outlet: 67704001
    =IF($A37="No request made",MID('Data Input'!$A$8,31,50),"") - Outlet Name Simpsons Way
    etc etc

However, the problem has appeared that as the text length changes in each field, the cells in which the data is pasted into moves cells, Trading outlet moves to A6, Outlet name may move to A9 and the same forumla cant be used each tiem.

I have an idea of using VLOOKUP to search for the term 'Trading Outlet' and use MID to return everything after 31 characters. However, I'm not even sure if this is possible.

Any help on getting this to work would be appreciated, or even a different method of achieving the same!

I hope I explained it correctly, sorry for any confusion.
