Need help to auto activate the timer at Specific Weekday Times

Hi all

I have a completed macro that to show expected production output, below are the detail:
1. The timer will countdown in specific time range (B1 input). when timer (B4) at =0, the output will increase by +1.
2. There is a start and reset button. Start Button to start, pause and continue the time while reset button is to reset the timer and output value to 0.

This macro work fine. the downside is the person have to click " start, pause and continue" button during morning and stop timer before go home.

It is possible to make this macro run at specific time? e.g (Run at weekday from 8:15 am to 5:15 pm)
