VBA to check and uncheck pending on input

Hello,
I'm looking for help on VBA to check and uncheck pending on input.
Need codes for real time update without clicking a command button.

The input will be user directly input or input came from another formula

May I have another seperate code to insert a check mark to a cell instead of check box?
I like to have two different solutions for different scenarios.

Try this, for now it only works for the age check boxes, until I find out what you want and if I can help you further.

I works by enter a value in the input box. What happen with the input is come from the formula,
Will the check boxes be checked in real time? For other update and hopes to correct some issues,

Replace the worksheet change event code with this. Now you should get the results you want if either the cell is changed or if the cell is changed by a formula.
