Error with VBA Code - Mismatch Type when deleting cells

I have the following code which checks the sheet for against multiple different criteria. I had to use VBA code instead of just straight data validation because there was more than one thing I needed to flag. If I delete one cell at a time I am fine, however if I try and select a row and clear the data or delete it I get a Mismatch Type error on line 6.
