transfer data from sheet to another using userform

I want sheet with user form consist of name, telephone, cateogry, note,
and each catogry has its own sheet ,when i enter data about customer in cateogry of markting it transfer all data about this customer in markting sheet and when i enter data about customer in cateogry of graphic it transfer all data about this customer in grapic and so on
so i want
