Conditional Formatting - multiple formats

I have recorded the following macro, but then when I re-run it I get an eerror on ".italic = True". Looks like the error always comes up on the second format under the with statement. Any ideas? The error is "Run-time error '-2147417848 (80010108)': Method 'Color' of object 'Font' failed

I get the same error I was getting before on ".color". Any reason this would not work in 2010? It is weird bc I just re-run the macro that I recorded and get an error without changing anything...
