Exclamation Run a macro off a command button if a specific date is choosen

So basically what I am trying to do is set up a randomized assignment for our staff on who will perform QA for other staff members.

I have two issues that I cannot seem to fix:

Issue 1) I have a drop down menu that selects a month so that the assignments are for that specific month. There are some specific parameters that have to be met before allowing an assignment and I have all those set up as conditional formatting (if one of the parameters are met, it's highlighted in REd). How can I create a code that cyles through the randomization until there is no more red, as opposed to the recalculate function I have set already. (and not to create an infinate looping cycle)

Issue 2) I have created a macro that, when a manager clicks the "generate QA assignment" button, it would copy and paste the values for that month. Currently, my code isn't working and I am about to pull out my hair.

Any advice of any kind would be great!

    Thank you!
    J

It would probably useful to attach a sample workbook to the site so we can see what you are trying to do.
