Can Excel automatically add rows based off the days date?

Essentially what i am doing, is that I have a spreadsheet with a bunch of different rows where I enter data. The spreadsheet is formatted to where the data doesn't show up until the current date. I have this set up as four rows for each set of data. Is there a formula or function where I could change the end date of the project and on each day it automatically adds a new row to each set of data and spaces everything down one row?

I have been researching this forever and can't find a solution.
