I have a requirement to design a data entry form in Excel. I created it – but I need to implement the Validations for it. Can someone help me on this please.
1) We should Have Table Names as Drop Down in the User Form
2) Once We Select Table Names in Drop Down then Corresponding Table Column Test Case ID’s should be Displayed in Test Case ID Drop Down (As shown in Column C) – Its just like Cascading Prompts.
3) Date Detected should be Date Prompt in User Form
4) Status Also Should be Drop down in User Form
5) Duplicate ID – Based on Table Name & Test Case ID we should determine this.
If the Table Name & Test Case ID already Exists then we need to mention that particular Failure ID (Column A in Excel file)
6) If it is Duplicate ID then we need show automatically NA in (RCA, Code Fix Date, Assigned to) Text boxes.
7) When the User Click on Duplicate ID Number it should go to the respective Failure ID row and highlight the Cell.
