Please help to accommodate changing file format

    Hello,

I have a routine that loops through .xls files located in a folder and copies several columns from these files into a Master Workbook. These files are exported directly from the analysis software. Recently, the company decided to change the format of these files just a little bit:

    1. Column numbers that needs to be copied are now different
    2. Row number where data begins has also changed

The column headers are still the same. I need to modify the code to accommodate both versions of the software. My VBA skills are not great and I need help.
Please see the code below. I could also provide examples of exported files if needed.

I'm grateful for your help in advance!

The Master Workbook Book1.xlsm and the two different format examples are attached.

I need to copy columns from each exported workbook.

    1. "Specificities"
    2. "Allele Specificities"
    3. "Normalized"

    Thanks
