Vba to make new text from cell change post at beginning of cell comment not the end

Hi. I am using the code below to have text added to the cell comment when the cell value changes in column E. However, when the cell value changes it is added along with the date at the bottom of the cell comment. Is there a way to program it that a new cell change will add the text above the other comments already in the comment box?
