Macro to ensure Read-Only users don't save the workbook

So I have made my workbook so if you do not have a password you open it in the "read-only" view. My problem is the read-only users can save as a copy and blow up our shared folder with copies. My original plan was to have a password protecting the save and save as button but I recently had problems with it.

My question is either can someone figure out why the first line of this code is sending an error, or secondly help me figure out a macro that would disable the save and save as button and the closing save for any "read-only" user. Thanks
