Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.
Remember to desensitize the data.
Click on GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to open the upload window.

Why not use a listbox, 5-6 textboxes for the user to enter data and a command button to add the data to the listbox?

Have a look at UserForm1 in the attached to see the sort of thing I'm suggesting.

It helps, but i need labels and text boxes should add dynamically and those values should save is excel.

Why do you need all those labels and textboxes when you can have the user enter the data in one set of textboxes, then it can be saved to the listbox and easily transferred to a worksheet?
Because user will update multiple data at one time. I don't knw how many days he will select.
With a listbox the user can update as much or as little data as they want, they can also easily delete/edit data.
